· Subject to availability of bus at the time of your acceptance of our quote
· Right of Admission: The company reserves the right of admission at all times on to any of its vehicles or any property owned by it or under its control
· 50 % Deposit on acceptance of quotation and Full payment is required 72 hours prior to departure
· Cheque paymenst: Full payment 7 days prior to departure
· 50% cancellation fee will be charged if canceled within 7 days of departure
· 100% cancellation fee per bus when trip is canceled on booked date.
· No smoking permitted on our vehicles
· No Alcohol will be allowed on the bus for persons under 18
· Passengers are required to treat the vehicle with care and is requested to leave it in the same condition it was in at the hire commencement.
· Any damage or breakage to the vehicle or its contents caused by passengers will be charged at New Replacement cost.
· Should any sickness or vomiting occur within the vehicle during the hire period the cost of cleaning will be charged to the prime hirer at the minimum rate of R 900 excluding VAT
· If the behavior of any passenger is considered likely to cause danger, damage or stress to other or should any passenger display any form of aggressive behavior (including abusive language) towards any passenger and or the driver or who is thought to be under the influence of drugs, the Company reserve the right to immediately terminate the excursion whenever and wherever necessary and passengers will be responsible for arranging alternative means of transport, with no recourse to the Company. Should this situation arises, the Company will not be liable to cover any expenses incurred by the party concerned, and neither considers any claims for compensation or refunds.
· The Company may provide sub-contracted vehicle’s occasionally
· Transfers are from point to point only additional kilometers will be charged.
· The Company makes every effort to ensure timely arrival and departure times in accordance with the booking form. However, accidents, road closures, traffic jams etc. can possibly cause delays. In such cases, the driver will inform the Client telephonically and advising revised times.
· All parking and entrance fees is for customers account
· Driver will return promptly on booked return time
· No overloading is permitted
Although the vehicle are fully insured for passenger and other parties claims,
Black Beauty Cruiser cc does not accept any liability for:
Any personal harm or injury, whether intentional or accidental
Any loss of, or damage to, personal belongings or misplaced items.
A Any late changes to the scheduled transfer.
